Viewing the current trend and spiraling rise of Internet Services, Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (GSPC A Govt. of Gujarat Undertaking), a pioneer in fulfilling the nation's energy needs has arisen to the technological scenario. Its conducive and requisite infrastructure has now propelled it to enter digital vistas, which has led to the formation of Guj Info Petro Ltd. (GIPL). In a very short time frame Guj Info Petro Ltd. has successfully established itself as one of the leading TSP of Gujarat.

Dr. T Natarajan, IAS Chairman: Dr. T Natarajan, IAS holds a B.E. (Mining Engineering) and MBA (Finance & Marketing). He also holds Doctorate in Management. Dr. T Natarajan, IAS served as Joint Managing Director of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited. He worked in Industrial Finance Corporation for 2 years and has also held distinguished positions in the Government of Gujarat including Commissioner, Technical Education, Commissioner, Geology & Mining as well as Secretary, Economic Affairs, Finance Department. He has served as a Director of Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Limited, Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation Limited, Gujarat Urban Development Company Limited, Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited and Bhavnagar Energy Co. Ltd. Presently, he is Joint Managing Director of Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Limited.
Shri Lochan Sehra, IAS
Director: An IAS Officer of the 2002 batch, Shri Lochan Sehra, IAS is presently serving as the Secretary (Housing & Nirmal Gujarat), Urban Development Department.
Shri Lochan Sehra, IAS had a brief stint as the Managing Director of Gujarat Urban Development Limited. He has held various positions like Collector & District Magistrate (Mehsana & Vadodara), Superintendent of Stamps & Inspector General of Registration (Gandhinagar), Municipal Commissioner (Junagadh), District Development Officer (Bharuch & Surat) District Magistrate (Dahod) etc.).
Shri Lochan Sehra, IAS, holds a Bachelor's Degree in History and Philosophy and Master's Degree in History from Rajasthan University, Jaipur.
Shri Jayesh Dave Director: Shri Jayesh Dave, is possessing more than 34 years of experience in handling Accounts, CAG Audit, etc. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Bachelors of law, Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as Intermediate CS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has been associated with GSPC Group since last 18 years from July 1998. Prior to joining GSPC, Shri Dave has worked with Gujarat State Financial Services Limited as Assistant Vice President (Finance, Accounts, Audit & Resources).
Shri Vinay Kumar Director:  Shri Vinay Kumar, is a senior transformative Human Resource professional with a generalist, operations and corporate level experience of more than 27 years, primarily in the oil and gas sector spanning domestic and international geographies. His profile professes demonstrated success in translating business strategies and designing and implementing value-based, HR initiatives focused on performance, organizational development, workforce planning and cultural turnaround initiatives within the sectors where he has acquired his experience. As an Energy sector specialist he has worked extensively in Compensation Planning, Personnel Planning, Negotiations, Strategic Planning, Technology Migration, Training, Change Management, Due Diligence, Restructuring, Recruiting, Staffing and Performance improvement. Shri Vinay Kumar holds a Master‘s Degree in Commerce from M.S. University, Baroda and Master‘s Degree in Business Administration from B.K. School of Management. He is a core team member in the GSPC Group and currently functions as the Executive Director. He has worked earlier in Senior HR positions at Parekh Platinum Limited and Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited.
Prof. Rekha Jain Independent Director : Prof. Rekha Jain, has done Ph.D from Indian Institute of Technology, Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering, New Delhi and also holds the academic qualification of M. Phil from the Dept. of Computer Science, JNU and M.Sc (Physics) from Delhi University. Prof. Rekha Jain has been the Executive Chair of IIMA-IDEA Telecom Centre of Excellence since its inception in 2008 and Professor, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Her research and teaching interest are in telecom policy and regulation, sectoral innovations poclies, ICT strategy and management, spectrum management, information system implementation and impact assessment in the ICT domain. She has been a member of several national telecom and IT policy committees and has consulted with several leading national and international organizations in ICT strategy and Telecom Policy.
Shri Mahesh Gohel CEO : Shri Mahesh Gohel, is a dynamic and versatile Information Technology Expert with cross-functional experience and comprehensive business / technical skill set for handling large-scale assignments (from conceptualization to execution) on various platforms and technologies. Shri Gohel is having more than 24 years of experience in development, implementation of sustainable innovative IT projects. Shri Mahesh Gohel is having thorough understanding of ERP implementation with strong domain knowledge of e-Governance, Travel and Co-operative Sector and he exhibits excellence in establishing and implementing information solutions right from the scratch. His efforts are recognized at national level and awarded 10 awards for e-Governance/m-Governance and was also finalist for Prime Minister Award for Excellence in Public Administration.

CSR Policy of the Company
CSR Activities as specified under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 are as follows:
  • Eradicating hunger, poverty and malnutrition, promoting preventive health care and sanitation and making available safe drinking water;
  • Promoting education, including special education and employment enhancing vocation skills especially among children, women, elderly, and the differently abled and livelihood enhancement projects;
  • Promoting gender equality, empowering women, setting up homes and hostels for women and orphans; setting up old age homes, day care centres and such other facilities for senior citizens and measures for reducing inequalities faced by socially and economically backward groups;
  • Ensuring environmental sustainability, ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna, animal welfare, agro-forestry, conservation of natural resources and maintaining quality of soil, air and water;
  • Protection of natural heritage, art and culture including restoration of buildings and sites of historical importance and works of art ; setting up public libraries; promotion and development of traditional arts and handicrafts.
  • Measures for the benefit of armed forces veterans, war widows and their dependents.
  • Training to promote rural sports, nationally recognized sports, Paralympics sports and Olympic sports;
  • Contribution of the Prime minister's National Relief Fund or any other fund set up by the Central Government for socio-economic development and relief and welfare of the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, minorities and women;
  • Contributions or funds provided by technology incubators located within academic institutions which are approved by Central Government;
  • Rural development projects.
